    Responsibilities

     

    • Technical and Risk Subject Matter Expert for HIBC Legacy Contracting Systems Programs - Transition and Decommission for legacy systems, Programs: ACPS, EZ Source, ConWrite, CBIS, CPRS, ADIS and CIDS
    • Position will conduct risk analysis, planning, using a comprehensive approach to execute transition/decommission strategy.
    • Position applies architecture principles and practices to guide organization through risk management business, information, process, and technology changes necessary to execute transition/decommission strategy.
    • Capable of explaining technical explanation to non-technical persons
    • Provide traceability assessments that improve and resolve difference between mission needs/requirements and maintain RTMs for programs.
    • Provide technical guidance and expertise to PMO regarding recommendations to ensure compliance with DoD and AF DOTMLPF-P
    • Provide expertise in support of the development and maintenance of hardware and software solutions
    • Provide expertise in support of development and maintenance of architectural views in include systems viewpoints, technical standard viewpoint, data information viewpoint and supporting and managing documentation in compliance with DoDAF

    Qualifications

    • Familiar with Appian business process management solutions, NINTEX, SharePoint
    • Familiar with DoD Open Technology Development Guidebook and NESI
    • Familiar with Agile Development Mythology

    MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN WITH A SECRET CLEARANCE
