DDC-ITS is 100% owned by the Navajo Nation and has been in business since 2011. Our focus is on the ever-changing world of Cyber Security with respect to staffing for building and securing networks and enterprise applications. Another focus is to provide businesses with the Hardware & Software to meet their needs. We both sell and implement complete business solutions.

Responsibilities

 

MUST POSSESS A CURRENT ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER REVIEW 

 

The contractor will support the DISA EIS Business Management and Customer Management Offices with other support services to include:

 

Support DISA Enterprise Information Services (EIS) with office/project management services. This includes, but is not limited to, processing travel requests, monitoring status of task/action items, reviewing/documenting correspondence (policies, procedures, and memorandums), and other office/project management services.

 

Action and Information Management Systems (AIMS): The Action Information Management Systems (AIMS) provides an automated way for organizations to assign actions to other organizations in DISA. Individual will serve as the AIMS Monitor and will be responsible for all aspects of managing AIMS actions including but not limited to: reviewing active suspenses in the AIMS Org Inbox, downloading attachments and forwarding to the appropriate individuals for review; sending reminders of upcoming coordination dates; compiling replies; uploading attachments and responses to AIMS and/or suspense Action Officer; and closing the suspense when action is complete. 

 

The DISA Task Management Tool (TMT) is the single system for assigning and managing taskers throughout the Agency. TMT will replace AIMS in providing an automated tool for DISA directorates and field sites. As with AIMS individual will be responsible for all aspects of managing TMT actions including but not limited to: reviewing active TMT taskings, downloading attachments and forwarding to the appropriate individuals for review; sending reminders of upcoming coordination dates; compiling replies; uploading attachments and responses to TMT and/or designated tasking officer, and closing tasking when action is complete.

 

Contractor will perform contract file maintenance which can involve file labeling, purging and organizing files and correct prompt filing of contract files.

The contractor will be knowledgeable and capable in utilizing DISA AIMS/TMT database software. Deliverables: Weekly status updates on assigned projects and/or AIMS/ TMT actions acquisition packages will be submitted to management.
